Heat recovery chillers, air-to-water heat pumps and heat recovery air handlers will be programmed to operate in accordance with stringent energy standards. All radiant ceiling panels and demand-controlled ventilation strategies will be managed by Delta hardware to provide the highest level of occupant comfort.
