Leadership
The owners of Island Temperature Controls, Shane Fenwick and Matt Polera, work alongside their team on a daily basis. As former long-time employees of the company, they are able to leverage industry partnerships, vendor relationships and the diverse skills of their employees to ensure the firm is serving it’s customers in every way possible.
Managers
Providing leadership and oversight of project delivery, system integration, and operational performance across HVAC and DDC services.
Construction Division
Our construction team consists of highly-skilled, hard-working technicians with Red Seal certifications in their trade. Their commitment to ongoing equipment training and senior mentorship ensures high quality installation results.
Service/Maintenance Division
Our team of Field Technicians and Controls Engineers have undergone extensive Delta factory training, maintaining fluency in the latest Delta product offerings while continuing to support legacy solutions for our customers. ITC Controls Engineers have familiarity with a vast array of sensors and components, and are able to specify and implement the most suitable product for any application.
Marine Division
Specializing in marine refrigeration and HVAC systems, providing service, repair, and custom solutions for commercial vessels, BC Ferries, and private yachts across Vancouver Island.
Administration
Administration team managing day-to-day operations, overseeing office logistics, coordinating schedules, and supporting various departments.
