ITC was excited to provide their technical expertise for a much-needed community project consisting of 88 units of long-term care beds and homes for seniors and veterans. Our team participated in a design-assist arrangement to provide cost-effective HVAC controls and refrigeration systems throughout the building. This included common area VRF equipment and advanced 2-pipe air-to-water heat pumps that switch seasonally to maintain building comfort.
