The new Amica Oak Bay Seniors Home included a 186-ton VRF system to service over 150 suites throughout the residence. ITC successfully installed this refrigeration system, in addition to providing a complete web-based controls system to allow detailed monitoring and control of the HVAC systems throughout the building.
